Do you accept COD (cash on delivery), wire transfers or Western Union transfers?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. We conduct our business solely via PayPal.
How do I register for my PayPal account?
You log on to the PayPal website at www.paypal.com and register for your account there.
What currencies can I use?
The payment is conducted in US dollars alone.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.
What is your return policy?
You get 100% money back guarantee for any reason up to 7 days from the day of the purchase, buyer pays return shipping fee.
What is your consumer protection policy?
We guarantee you that Fine Art Gallery will not release any information collected in order to perform a transaction to third parties (other than to facilitate delivery of your goods).
When is my card charged, and when will my order be sent to me?
You credit card is charged after placing the order in accordance to Paypal regulations and the order will be sent to you after your payment is cleared.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After your payment is cleared you order will arrive in approximately two weeks.
If the piece that I'm interested in is unframed, can you arrange to have it framed?
No. We don't do framing services.
What kind of authenticity guarantee will I receive with my purchase?
You will receive a certificate of authenticity baring the name and logo of the gallery with each purchase.
Is there any purchase tax to be paid?
For International orders the purchase is tax free. For local orders (orders within Israel) there will be an additional tax of 16.5% of the listed price.
If I am interested in a specific artist who you have in stock but not the pieces posted on the website, is it possible to contact you so you would send me more images?
You are more than welcome to contact us at Fine Art Gallery, and if such pieces exist in stock, we will be happy to send you the images to your email account.
